Admission and Registration Guidelines
Our admission process is systematic, efficient and straight-forward for all applicants:
- For any inquiries, parents may call the school and take an appointment to meet with the Head of Admissions. The admission Manager/front office executive will get them the requested time of appointment.
- Parents may visit the school between 9 am to 3:30 PM on all working days including Saturdays. They can read the school brochure available in the school lobby. They can contact the school via mail or contact number.
- The application for admission is accepted by the Head of Admissions after a preliminary interview with the parents and interaction with students applying for admission.
- A School tour of all classrooms, sports building, and available facilities will be provided to the parents post the discussion with the admission team.
- Along with parent interaction and admissions head mutually agree on the enrollment of the child. Parents are required to fill out the admission documents and make the payment.

- 4 Passport size photographs
- Photocopy of date of birth certificate
- Last two/one year (s) academic report
- Certificate of Merit (if any)
- Transfer Certificate (T.C) or previous school leaving certificate
- Aadhar Card of the student
- Immunization record / medical certificate
The following documents are required along with the Admission Form: For Parents:
- 2 passport-size photographs of each parent
- Copy of proof of residence in India
- Aadhar card of each parent
- Custody document/ divorce papers and custody document/ letter of consent/ Letter of adoption/ death certificate of spouse/ surrogacy document (If applicable)

1. What are the timings of the school?
The school timings are 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM for Pre-Primary classes and 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM for Primary classes.
2. When can parents visit the school?
Parents can visit the school on any working day between 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM. To meet the Principal, you have to make a prior appointment. Teachers will be available for meetings after school hours, starting at 2:30 PM.
3. What documents need to be submitted at the time of admission?

4. What extra curricular activities do you offer?
Sanskriti Public School offers a wide range of extracurricular activities to cater to our students’ diverse interests and talents. These include sports, music, dance, art and craft, drama, yoga, and various clubs, with supportive infrastructure like library, labs etc. Our goal is to encourage holistic development by providing opportunities for students to explore and excel in areas beyond academics. 5. What student-teacher ratio does the school maintain?
In the pre-primary classes, for every 20 students, there is 1 mother teacher, 1 assistant teacher, and 1 aaya. This ensures that each child receives full attention for optimal growth. Similarly, for Grades I-III, there is 1 mother teacher for every 25-30 students.
